Everyone went out of their way to assist my family, no one was pushy, respected our wishes totally. Kathy was nice and prompt, Mike was nice, respectful, responsible and thorough. They accepted what my family wanted and did not try to push us into anything else. Extremely thankful for the respect we were shown.
